Starling Hub CIC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all individuals who participate in our activities and programmes.

Starling Hub CIC aims to:

Our safeguarding approach is guided by the following principles:

• Concerns must be reported and addressed appropriately

Any safeguarding concerns raised during activities or engagement with Starling Hub CIC will be taken seriously and addressed in line with appropriate safeguarding procedures.

Where necessary, concerns may be referred to relevant authorities or safeguarding professionals.

All staff, volunteers and partners working with Starling Hub CIC are expected to uphold safeguarding principles and act responsibly to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants.
