Support Services We Offer

At Starling Hub CIC, our support services are designed to help individuals and communities feel more connected, confident and supported.

We recognise that many people face challenges such as isolation, lack of opportunities, barriers to participation or limited access to supportive community spaces. Our services aim to create welcoming environments where people can access support, build connections and take part in activities that improve their wellbeing.

Through our programmes and initiatives, we aim to provide practical support that strengthens communities and helps individuals thrive.

Support

Wellbeing is central to everything we do. Our community wellbeing initiatives focus on creating safe and supportive spaces where people can take part in positive activities that promote mental, emotional and physical health.

These may include:

• Group wellbeing sessions
• Social support gatherings
• Community discussion groups
• Confidence-building activities
• Wellbeing workshops

These sessions encourage people to connect with others, share experiences and access supportive networks within their community.

Support

Social Connection and Community Engagement

Many people experience loneliness or social isolation. Our community engagement activities provide opportunities for people to meet, interact and build meaningful relationships.

Through group activities, events and shared experiences, we create welcoming environments where people feel comfortable getting involved.

These activities may include:

• Peer support activities

Our goal is to strengthen social connections and help people feel part of a supportive network.

Starling Hub CIC aims to offer accessible learning opportunities that help individuals develop practical skills and increase their confidence.

These may include:

• Personal development workshops
